Return Information: Although we strive for complete satisfaction, errors can occur. We ask that you follow a few steps and we will cheerfully refund your money:
1) To receive credit/refund for a gift basket you MUST, within 20 days from the date shipped, return any unopened merchandise in its original condition along with the following conditions:
2)The return must be preauthorized by contacting Les Cadeaux Maylen by email: info@cadeauxmaylen.com. The item must be in new condition. In other words, no stains, rips, or tears and prepackaged items from the manufacturer must be unopened.
3)The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Les Cadeaux Maylen reserves the right to deny refunds to those customers who have not met the above criteria.
