Our company takes internet credit card security very seriously. We verify addresses on all orders. Please be sure that you provide us the correct address for the credit card that you are using for the order. If you are shipping to a work address, please provide the company name to help ensure that the parcel arrives promptly. If the work address is a large building, please provide a suite number or floor number . Please be as complete as possible so that we do not have troubles delivering your parcel on time. If you are shipping as a gift, please provide us information on on the person receiving the gift ( relationship and type of gift) As our store is in Canada, new US government regulations require a complete name for all orders imported into the USA. If you are sending an order as a gift or to a freind or relative for safer shipping, you must provide us with the full name of the person that is receiving the parcel. Our return policy is as follows. We want all of our customers to be happy. If an item is defective , we will replace it no charge. If you ordered the wrong item or are unhappy with anything, you may return it to us with in 60 days. Please inspect your order right away. If a parcel looks damaged, please note this with the post office or UPS. Our return policy to to refund the price of the merchandise only at the canadian dollar value you were charged . You are responsible for the freight out and back to us. We have very specific requirements for mailing returns and you must contact us before returning any items.
