Welcome to Acquired Tastes' online shop, CanadianTea.com! We are located in Canada and are proud to offer you a wide selection of fine teas and prestigious brands from around the world in both loose tea and tea bags. If we don't have a tea you're looking for, contact us! We may carry it at our store. Come by and visit us at our European style over-the-counter retail store, located in Edmonton, Alberta at 12323-102ave in the beautiful High Street District.
Here are a few things to know about our site:
Currency: Our prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Customers outside of Canada may still order by credit card, and the conversion will be done automatically by the card company. The Canadian dollar is worth approximately $0.95 US. Our shipping fees do not include any customs charges your country may levy.
Returns: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any teas, even if they appear unopened. Please make your selections carefully, and choose smaller sizes or samples if you are unsure about a tea. If you would like more detailed information about any of our products, please contact us and we'd be happy to assist you.
Security & Privacy: Our e-store is hosted on a secure server(SSL)in order to protect your personal information. We do not sell our data base, and we will only add you to it at your request.
Shipping: When you order, our site estimates your package's arrival time. If you need guaranteed arrival by a specific day, choose one of the last 2 shipping options listed, and your package will be sent by Xpresspost or Priority Courier. We cannot control any delays that may be caused by the customs department of your country. Please note that customs occasionally opens items to verify the contents.
Holiday Information: We will not be accepting orders between December 20th and January 3th inclusively. We also cannot guarantee shipping times during this busy time of year (our apologies!).
