for Canadian
orders over CAD$60,
or for US order over US$40. All free shipping orders must be
prepaid orders i.e. credit card orders.
2. Free
shipping orders will be shipped by Canada Post Parcel service /Expedited Service
for inkjet, toner, refill kits, fax ribbon orders within Canada or USPS First
Class mail/Priority Mail/ UPS Ground services for Inkjet, toner, refill kits, fax
ribbon order in the US. Other shipping methods requested by customer will be
charged accordingly to the customer.
3. For orders under
CAD$60 or US$40, flat rate shipping will be charged.
a) For Canada Orders under CAD$60,a CAD$7.00 shipping fee will be charged.
b) For US orders under US$40, a
US$6.50 shipping fee will be charged.
c) For customers located in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, West
Vancouver and North Vancouver of British Columbia, Canada, please call
604-908-2880 to order, we will provide free delivery for orders under CAD$60.
4. For most Canada and
US inkjet, toner, refill kit and fax ribbon orders, products are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order and
payment except holidays, and if the product is in stock.
5. Please allow 2-7 working days for order delivery, depending on location.
6. Blue Plume will try
the very best to deliver every order in a reasonable time, however, Blue Plume
is not responsible or being liable for any shipping problems, delays
other inactions which are beyond the control of
Blue Plume.
ABOUT WARRANTY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Warranty for
Remanufactured or Compatible Cartridges/Toners
All Remanufactured or compatible inkjet cartridges or toner cartridges are covered by a 90-Day
Warranty. Warranty only applies
to
the item or
items themselves, and does not apply to
repairs, cleaning, or other expenses incurred.
2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any of our products by any reason, just return to
us and we will give money back to you. We will provide FULL REFUND or
REPLACEMENT as your request WITHIN 30 DAYS of PURCHASE. Restocking Charge may
apply if over the 30 days of purchase. Please contact us thru
support@blue-plume.com first before
returning unsatisfied products to make sure we will issue refund or replacement
to the right customer.
3. Return of
Defective Remanufactured or Compatible Cartridges/Toner
Defective Cartridges/Toners may
not be returned if the item is more than 75% of the content used, or customer
improper use of the item resulted in damage i.e. forcing the cartridge into a
wrong printer. All defective returns must be received within the 90-day warranty
period.
4. Procedure for returning
products
By returning defective or unsatisfied products, please send us an e-mail
at support@blue-plume.com with your
order number on your invoice and reason(s) for returns. We will reply in 24-48
hrs. Only returns with authorized RMA Number will be issued refund or
replacement.
5. Refunds
If the customer is eligible for refund, Blue Plume will issue credit back thru
credit card or company cheque in 14 days. We reserve the right to apply
restocking charge (15% of the total amount) and/or refund processing charge (3%
of the total amount) for wrong items ordered by the customers.

Acceptance
For all credit card payments, approval from financial institutions
is required, and we reserve the right to make further verification
of the cardholder information. We are not liable if the
financial institution refuse to honor the credit card for any
reason. For check payment, we reserve the right to pre-approve the
amount of the order, pre-arrange the payment date and/or specify
payment terms. We reserve the right to charge the customer for any
dishonor check resulted penalty from financial institution.

can not guarantee the products availability and reserves the right,
without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease
to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
4. Taxation
All Canadian customers will be charged 6% GST. Maritime customers
will be charged 14% HST as it is a combined provincial and GST tax, and
British Columbia customers will be charged 7% PST + 6% GST. US
customers will not be charged taxes.
