CUSTOMS FEES

Canada: There is no customs fees

USA: There is no customs fees for products manufactured in Canada or USA. For products manufactured in other countries, US customs may charge a fee up to 20% for items of 300 US$ or more

International: Customs fees vary from a country to the other. The customer has the entire responsability of paying all the customs fees.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping and handling charges are calculated according to the option of delivery you choose. Usually, we ship within 5 working days. However, some items take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Please provide us with an accurate email in order for us to confirm the delivery date.

PAYMENT

Our prices are indicated in Canadian and US Dollars. However we use only Canadian currency and US dollars are given for information only.

CANADA and USA: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept personal checks, Bank orders and Money orders from US and Canadian Residents but merchandise will be shipped only after the bank clears the check (usually 10 working days for Canada, 30 days for USA). OTHER COUNTRIES: No check.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

No exchange, no refund. Cancellation accepted within 5 hours from receiving of the order.
