Shipping:

All orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Some special order or out of stock items may take longer and we will advise you of an E.T.A.

Shipments are sent via Canada Post or by a carrier of our choice. Rates within North America (and overseas) will be shown prior to final checkout. We always try to avoid using excess or oversize packaging in order to keep shipping costs down, although some heavy weight or over-sized items may incur a small extra charge (regular surface only). We will contact you by e-mail should this be the case. If you wish us to ship FedEx or Purolator Courier, please contact us after purchase and we will have your order delivered to you through any one of these companies. Delivery charge may be higher.

Returns:

YOUR SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT TO US!

We will gladly return any item within thirty (30) days for a full refund or exchange. Must be in new and salable condition. A re-stocking fee may be charged for missing accessories (manuals, AC adapters etc.) However, due to federal health regulations, some items cannot be returned. These items include, but not limited to, bathroom safety aids, diagnostic equipment (thermometers etc), mattress pads, copper/magnetic bracelets and some pillow models/brands.*

Please note the following return procedures:

1) Call us at 416-884-3565 or email support@drcomfy.com
2) Let us know the Order Number and the product you wish to return or exchange.
3) We will assign you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)number and give you return shipping instructions.
4) Write the RMA number clearly on the box.
5) Shipping MUST be pre-paid.

We will promptly credit your account for the purchase price (less shipping)after we have received and inspected the returned merchandise.

We will pay for return shipping if the wrong item was sent in error or if there was noticable damage during transport.**

* Please check with us before purchasing for information on which pillows are returnable.

** Your order should be checked for any possible signs of damage due to shipping and reported to us WITHIN 48 hours of receipt.
