PRODUCTS
Most products are shipped from Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. To keep our prices low, we purchase some products in bulk from manufacturers and repack individual items for shipping to customers.
Most of our products require only simple installation. For some other products (such as under sink RO systems and whole house water filters), the customer either needs to have some basic knowledge and experience in plumbing or may require the help of a plumber or a person with experience in plumbing.

SERVICE
Most of our products require only minimal, self-help servicing. To obtain service technical support, please email or call us and we will provide technical support on-line or by phone.
TAXES
No Canadian taxes are chargeable on orders shipped to the USA or internationally. Canadian Goods & Services Tax (GST) only apply to purchases and shipments within Canada. Customers in British Columbia are charged the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) as well.
OUR SECURE ORDER PROCESS/SHIPPING & DELIVERY DATES
Our website uses 128-bit SSL or "Secure Sockets Layer" - an industry standard security protocol. When you click on "Check Out" (before you are asked to key in your credit card number) you will connect with our secure server. SSL sends your browser information that "encrypts" your order, changing all the information that you send back into a code that is extremely difficult to decipher.
Some customers, despite the secure 128-bit SSL security technology, still do not feel comfortable giving out their credit card numbers. If you are one of them, you are welcome to select "Money Order" as the payment option, and either inform us of your credit card number by phone, or simply send us a money order.
To determine the shipping cost, type your correct address on the on-line order form and you will be given 3 to 4 shipping options and pricing by Canada Post's shipping calculator.
Feel free to make test orders. As long as you do not proceed beyond Part 4 of the on-line order form, we will not receive your order. If you want to change or withdraw an order submitted by mistake, simply email us.
*Important* Do not send your credit card number by E-mail as E-mail is not encrypted and NOT a secure means to send confidential information. Use our secure 128-bit SSL ordering process (indicated by a "lock" icon on the task bar below your browser window) when shopping.
If the products you ordered are in stock, we will send you a detailed order confirmation with the scheduled shipping and delivery dates. If the products ordered are not in stock, your credit card or money order will not be processed until the order is ready to ship . A detailed order confirmation will be sent to you once the product(s) are re-stocked and the shipping and delivery dates are known.
You may cancel your order any time before your order is shipped: Simply email us to have your order cancelled.
