Ordering, Shipping & Payment

Ordering - Simply follow the instructions on the screen. Feel free to experiment and get an exact cost for your order, just enter "test" in the name or comments field. Humans are at this end of the line still and can fix up any mistakes easily ;). Shipping - You will have your choice of shipping methods controlling cost and delivery time. We recommend Xpresspost. Xpresspost packages usually arrive within five working days anywhere in Canada and you will be able to track your package. Payment - Money orders must be received prior to shipping. We recommend COD (cash on delivery). We ship COD packages the next business day. You will receive notice when your package arrives at which time you pay Canada Post. It's that simple and there is no risk! We now accept Visa and MasterCard. Our US customers can also place the order on line but must call or fax the credit card information to us for security reasons. PLEASE NOTE!! We cannot accept any responsibility for orders shipped small packets as we have no tracking or insurance options.
